Legal Fund for Rob Cavoto, D.C.

State Farm Lawsuit vs. Cavoto

The PCA Board voted on Saturday, October 28, 2006 with a majority vote to allow legal fund raising efforts in each of the 14 Districts to help Rob Cavoto, D.C., in his defense of the State Farm Lawsuit vs. Cavoto.

The main issue in this case is whether a Doctor of Chiropractic can delegate adjunctive therapy services to unlicensed personnel.  The PCA asks each District to seek contributions and send them to the PCA where we will establish a Cavoto Legal Fund Account.

Please send all checks made payable to PCA Robert Cavoto, D.C. Legal Fund at 1335 North Front Street , Harrisburg , PA 17102.
